Nehemiah Shopping Center Location
The developers recently reached an agreement with Horning Brothers to purchase the Nehemiah Shopping Center and transform it into a $100 million mixed-use development including condominiums and retail space. Previously, PN Hoffman actively pursued a deal with Horning Brothers but that fell through.
