We feel responsible to ensure that you, the user, feel comfortable on our site and trust our policies on presenting advertisements and sponsorship to you. And as such, we make certain promises:

• We strive to work with reputable and qualified companies to advertise on our site – companies whose products or services we believe may be of interest to you as a consumer of information.
• We do not intend to allow advertisers or sponsors to influence our site or affect the quality of the our content, material, or services presented on our site.
• All advertising and sponsored content are clearly labeled as such and separated from any real estate related information that appears on the same page to avoid confusion.
• We do not accept advertisements or sponsored programs that we know make false or misleading claims or promote dangerous products.
• It is our goal not to sell or share your personal information or real estate related personal information with advertisers or sponsors without your consent.

About our ads and sponsorship You may see advertisements and sponsored pages on our site. An advertisement promotes a particular company’s product and is placed at the bottom of a page, in the right-hand margin, or in the navigation bar on the site. We also have companies that sponsor pages of content or entire sections, and you will see their logos and promotional information or advertisements in the same locations as advertisements. Where advertisements tend to be purely promotional, some of our sponsorship programs can be educational. In some instances, a sponsor may provide us with relevant information content or links that may help you in discovering additional information on a specific topic.

Third-party advertising companies called ad servers and sponsors pay us to promote their companies and products on our site. We feel that advertising and sponsorship help to support the development and/or presentation of much of the features and content you see.  This includes future expansion,  makes the site more user friendly, improves community relations and content building and helps pay for a dedicated writer to provide better area content to you.

We do not endorse links to other websites, nor the company, information, content, products, or services that appear on third-party web sites. We provide users with a disclaimer statement along side any company logos, marks, and links to other websites.
Sponsorship We strive to work with sponsors from trusted, reputable companies. We provide different types of sponsored content and programs on our site, which are outlined below. For each sponsor, it is our goal to provide a brief description of what the sponsored company does and its level of involvement in the sponsored program that we are presenting to you.

• Sponsored Content Pages: Companies have the opportunity to sponsor a page of real estate related information content. The advertiser or company that sponsors a particular page does not have any influence over the content that is presented. If you visit a sponsored page, information about the sponsor’s involvement or influence over the content will be presented to you for evaluation.
• Sponsored Real Estate Topics: Companies can sponsor entire sections of content known as Real Estate Topics. Often, these topic sections will be identified with a statement such as “This real estate topic is sponsored by company name or brand name.” You will see a link to more information about the sponsor and its involvement in sponsoring the health topic. Real Estate Topic sponsorship may or may not include placement of a company logo. If a sponsor exclusively sponsors a Real Estate Topic section, it can provide links that highlight the sponsor’s products and services, educational information, continuing education courses, or other information. When company logos and links are presented, you will see a disclaimer or statement that says we do not endorse this company or any external links.

Advertising This site may host two types of advertisements, ads that rotate randomly throughout the site and those that are directly linked to specific content topics. Advertisers can link the topic of their ad to the same pages where health information content about that topic appears. This is done through a mechanism called “tagging” in which the advertisement appears along side content that applies to the product, pharmaceutical, or other device being advertised. Information about the user and what the user is looking at is not collected during this process nor are data about the user based on his or her viewing of the site.
