The Clarendon Center is the newest mixed-use development for both North and South blocks in the middle of the bustling urban Clarendon environment.

The North Block features 97,860 square feet of office, 23, 047 square feet of retail space, and 129 parking spaces while the South Block offers 123,059 square feet of office, 38,333 square feet of retail space, 244 residential units, and 471 parking spaces. There are ongoing renovations in some parts of the Underwood Building on the North Block and the Old Dominion Building on the South Block.

The two office buildings that make up the development, one of which is a tower of rental apartments and ground floor retail, will be certified “green” by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Clarendon Center is located directly across from the Metro Station and is also near Clarendon’s affluent residential neighborhoods.
