Garfield Part at Clarendon Village will be a five-story, mixed-use project consisting of a luxury apartment and retail project in the heart of downtown Clarendon, Arlington County, Virginia.

The five-story structure will house 141 luxury apartments and eight live/work units complete with first-class amenities. The ground floor will feature eight live/work units, six office/retail units, and a lobby. Each retail and office unit will be accessible directly from outside the building.

Residents can expect high quality finishes including granite countertops, tile entryways, stainless steel appliances, 9’4” finished ceilings, private balconies, and large operable windows. Other facilities include a fitness center complete with shower rooms, 295 underground parking spaces and a community room.

Two garden gazebos with ornamental landscaping will be placed on the rooftop to maximize rooftop courtyard.

Located in the southwest corner of N. 10th Street and Washington Boulevard, Garfield Park will be built on a site that had been occupied by CVS Pharmacy and Sala Thai restaurant. Construction is expected to start in the fall of 2010 with final completion in 2012.
