The 23-story building, which will feature 237 units and 9,200 square feet of first floor retail space, is a project planned for the site of the former INS building.

The INS building, located near the intersection of Fairfax Drive and North Glebe Road, was used during the presidential campaign in 2008 on a temporary basis. Construction of the project is still on hold although there is new that JBG will release the existing office building for five to ten years.
