Four condo units are being built above an existing three-story building where the restaurant Left Bank is located. All units feature magnificent city views, high ceilings, luxurious kitchens with professional equipment, natural stone baths and private elevator access to each unit. All of the residences have garage parking and terraces with monument views. Two units remain for sale as of mid-February 2005. Prices of the remaining units start at $1.6 million for 2,600 square feet. Designed by Bonstra Haresign Architects. In the existing building, a former automotive show room, there is a loft space that was designed by architect Norman Smith.
