Burnham Place
The developer Akridge plans to build a $700 million mixed-use project on 15 acres of air rights above the railroad tracks north of Union Station. Plans total 3 million square feet of development including 700,000 square feet of offices, 250,000 square feet of retail space, 750 residential units (condos or apartments), a 400-room hotel, and 1,000 parking spaces. Shalom Baranes Associates will be the architect.
