Formerly named Fristo Flats & Fristo Alley Condos, this is part of the Union Row development. The project includes the conversion of existing warehouse structures into an eight-story mixed-use building housing more than 200 units in The Flats plus a vibrant urban streetscape including shops and cafes. Located in the U Street corridor area. Units feature exposed concrete ceilings and ductwork, floor to ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances, European-style cabinetry, and granite countertops.
