I noticed it says “N” next to Near Metro and “N” next to pet friendly regarding Grandview Estates…it should say “Y” to both! As a resident, I can confirm that Grandview estates is within a few blocks walk to the Anacostia metro, and that the community welcomes pets.

Prices start at $249,900 to $299,900. There is a grand opening on June 6th and 7th from 1-5 PM both days. The gated community is one of a kind.
