Macarthur Park is a fully renovated condominium building originally built in 1959. While the building itself has been duplicated through most of the city, its location is of the most importance. Macarthur Park sits in the heart of the Palisades in upper NW DC. The building consists of 42 units, most of which are residential but several have been kept as office space. The units
