do not be fooled !!! there is no 24 hour front desk service or 24 hour off site maintenance for emergencies. The attendants leave at the latest 11pm!!!!!! So if you come home and forget your scan card, GOOD LUCK GETTING IN! The best thing about this place is the location.period.

the maintenace is horrible. the 5th floor and and the first floor has central air and heating. However the 2nd, 3rd and fourth floors do not and yet the condo fees are not increased for those unit owners and the other owners have to pay for the comfort of other floors and not to mention the equity on those floors are a bit more. I also find that the association needs to be managed better.
