However the 2nd, 3rd and fourth floors do not and yet the condo fees are not increased for those unit owners and the other owners have to pay for the comfort of other floors and not to mention the equity on those floors are a bit more. The attendants leave at the latest 11pm!!!!!! So if you come home and forget your scan card, GOOD LUCK GETTING IN!
