New development with 92 units contained in three buildings, one of which is a restored 1904 landmark DC public school building and the other two buildings are newly constructed on the surrounding school grounds. The historic building will have 33 units. One of the new buildings will have 16 units and the second new building will have 43 units. The size of the units range between 463 to 1,200 square feet.
