<a href="#comment-1358" rel="nofollow">@Latisha basil</a>,

Latisha is absolutely right. The layout of the kitchen and living room is odd. They also cheaped out on some things; they put a pedestal sink in the bathroom when there is enough room for a vanity. There weren't enough closets in the one-bedroom, either.

i went through the open house recently and i must say the units are very tastefully done. The building is on a quiet street that is tree lined thus when up in the 3rd and 4th floor units you feel as if your in a treehouse when looking out the window. Very relaxing and quiet area that is only 10 minites from downtown Silver Spring and 15 minutes to downtown DC and Bethesda. One thing that sets this condo apart from new construction is the building is complete concrete, All floors, ceilings and walls are concrete slab and framed out so there is zero noise from neighbors in the building. A very peaceful place to live. Also has a brand new elevator.

i was present saryrday afternoon viewing the condominiums, and i hope the price is worth it , just checkig out the living room area and kitchen space there should be a breakfast bar there to seperate the two, becuse it would make it look more sectioned off as if each rom has it's own room. the two bed room is not that spacey also i view the two bed room and the ceiling looks like it was a rush job it was kind of bubbled in the ceiling. the condominium to me look kikes it is more for single individuals it should be made for both family and single individuals. i am very interetsed in purchasing but more has to be made for the living side.
