The building is on a quiet street that is tree lined thus when up in the 3rd and 4th floor units you feel as if your in a treehouse when looking out the window. Very relaxing and quiet area that is only 10 minites from downtown Silver Spring and 15 minutes to downtown DC and Bethesda. One thing that sets this condo apart from new construction is the building is complete concrete, All floors, ceilings and walls are concrete slab and framed out so there is zero noise from neighbors in the building.
