This new, 9-story mixed-use building is located on what was once the Petrovitch Auto Repair garage located on 14th Street, NW. The building has 185 residential units with 34,000 square feet of retail space on the street level. Some units will have floor to ceiling glass, angled bays, and terraces with views of downtown DC. Units feature Italian kitchens by Linea Quatro. The building was designed by SK&I Architectural Design Group.
