Formerly named Fristo Flats & Fristo Alley Condos as well as Union Square, this is part of the Union Row development. Existing warehouse structures were converted into a mixed-use building with three residential levels housing 50 units including penthouse split-level units. Units feature exposed concrete ceilings and ductwork, floor to ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances, European-style cabinetry, and granite countertops. Designed by SK&I Architectural Design Group. Prices originally starting in the mid-$200’s and up.
