The Metropole

The Metropole is a new 7-story mid-rise located just east of Logan Circle at the corner of 15th & P Streets. The mixed-use progress includes street level amenities like VIDA fitness center and spa, Bang salon, PNC Bank, and Lululemon Athletica. The units have outstanding amenities which include secured entry garage and lobby with attended front-desk, a small courtyard and guest suites. Originally developed by Metropolis Development, the project was taken over by new management in the Spring of 2009. Sales originally by The Mayhood Company, then DCRealEstate, and now by McWilliams|Ballard.
