Option 1 – Analysis with 3 home comparison – includes a review of the subject home and a thorough analysis of the three most similar homes in the most immediate available area and how they compare on an “apples to apples” basis.  This is formatted in the style of the most recognized format for banks and sellers alike – a BPO (Broker Price Opinion).

Option 2 – Includes Option 1 – a 3 home comparison against the subject property as well as a pricing report on what we believe the home should sell for based on the comparably sold homes by “normalizing” the data (all things being equal).

Option 3 – Includes Options 1 and 2 as well as a comprehensive cover letter that we recommend you use in negotiations with the seller of the home.  In this case we analyze the properties for you, concisely depict how we’ve arrived at the pricing valuation and format it unanimously so you’re able to use our analysis to ensure you’re receiving the most information possible prior to making your offer.
