9th St Police Station
After over five years of work, the ANC6A is entering the final steps to turn the former police station at 525 9th Street, NE and the old fire station at 1341 Maryland Avenue from abandon buildings to developed properties. Three developers submitted proposals including Argos Group, D.B.Lee and Century Associates however as of the most recent ANC meeting in May, 2008 Argos Group has been unanimously favored by the ANC.
