600 Block of Orleans Pl NE – Liquidation City!

So I was just searching MLS for a client I have and came across a very scary picture…
Currently, the 600 block of Orleans Pl NE has 8 properties listed for sale. Imagine that! Oddly, this doesnt even seem to be the only block in Old City #1 with this problem either. Rosedale, Gales & Isherwood Sts NE are having similar issues right now too. So, whats the connection?
..they are all non-Victorian, mostly federal style 12-foot wide homes in the same subdivision.
Do any of you live in this area?
It could be either old residents all collectively moving out due to cashing in on gentrification, or on the flip side, gentrifiers moving out because these areas are a bit more dangerous than they seemed when they bought. Orleans in particular is a street that has had its share of crime, and Rosedale and Gales are clearly similar.
