Broadcast Center One?

This week Radio One, the anchor tenant for Broadcast Center One, received a credit downgrade, from B to B-, a sign that the national broadcaster could be facing signs of difficulty.  With the recent downgrade, could one of the District’s largest developments be ‘gone with the wind?’

I doubt it but its going to be interesting to see how the city reacts.

    We need the Broadcast Center One to happen. It is crucial to the redevelopment of the Shaw neighborhood. People need to contact the Mayor and City Council members to let them you know want the development to move forward.
