I heard that people are stuck in contracts and can’t get released–and the building sits unfinished. YIKES! Do you know anyone who is under contract and is interested in a refund of their deposit?

I was fortunate to get out of this contract and get all the deposit money back.
I can recommend a lawyer who helped me do it in an easy way.

You don’t need a lawyer to get out of the contract. Just contact the developer directly with an email. As of the end of January 2009, any lawyer offering to help you get out of a Dumont contract is a scam artist. Don’t get scammed!

What is going on with Dumont building, We are looking for a condo around Dumont area but their doors were locked up?
