This morning I received an email from Tranzon, a local property auction company, announcing the Foreclosure Auction of 4600-4608 & 4614 Wisconsin Ave NW
Washington, DC 20016 (AKA the Maxim Condominium).

From Tranzon:
Foreclosure – +/- 12,661 Square foot lot on the corner of 4600 Wisconsin Ave and Brandywine Street N.W.
