I Love the Sound of Sirens in the Morning…

I was researching a property this morning for a client and came upon an awkwardly marketed multi-family building…”2 DOORS DOWN TO THE POLICE STATION.” Do buyers/renters out there see being on the same block as a police station with 25+ cars consistently parked on the block as an attractive or detractive feature of a property? The picture in the listing even has a photo of a police car in it! I have shown properties before on the same block as fire stations which has proven to me to be a deterrent due to the noise issues when the fire trucks come barreling out of the fire house but police cars dont usually head out with sirens blaring.
