1- the following submission is not the actual offer to purchase your property. Rather, the submission below outlines the requested terms that our team will draft for you. Once approved by you we will present your offer to the Listing Agent either as your Buyers Agent or Sub-Agent to the seller (we will define these to you in writing when we send the offer to you for approval or meet with you to have you approve the offer). Submitting the requested offer terms below does not guarantee acceptance of, or a contract to purchase a property.
2- you are not currently committedbto a Realtor in the form of a Buyer Agency Agreement. If you are, please have them draft the offer on your behalf.
3- any and all information displayed on HomeTryst.com can be considered reliable but is not guaranteed. We do our best to ensure accuracy of every listing in our system however our site is only as reliable as information received if and when obtained by an external source.
4- offer terms can be changed at any time before presenting to the listing agent. If, after submitting, you would like to cancel or change the requested terms of your offer please feel free to call us at 202-64-AGENT (202-642-4368).
5- Working with us will cost you nothing!
